NomadView is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach our information contact at support@nomadview.co.za.

• Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, province, order contents and order history.
• Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or contact form, including photos submitted with a claim.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We process your information to:

• process, deliver and support your order (performance of our contract with you);
• handle returns, warranty claims, refunds and chargeback disputes;
• prevent fraud, abuse of promotions and unlawful use of the site;
• meet tax, accounting and consumer-law record-keeping obligations;
• improve the site and measure marketing performance, and — where you have opted in — send you product news and offers.

We share only what is necessary, with: our e-commerce and hosting platforms, payment providers, courier and logistics partners, email and analytics providers, and our accountants or legal advisors. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our lawful rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Some providers process data outside South Africa. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer a comparable level of protection, as POPIA section 72 requires.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may stop working correctly if you do.

If you buy from us or opt in, we may email you about related products and offers. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

Order, invoice and tax records are kept for at least 5 years as required by South African law. Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years. Marketing data is kept until you opt out. Technical and analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

We use encrypted connections, access-controlled systems and reputable service providers to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and you share information with us at your own risk. If a security compromise affects your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email support@nomadview.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may keep information we are legally required to retain, or that we need to defend a legal claim, even after a deletion request. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its "last updated" date.
