Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when your NomadView is dispatched, what delivery costs, and who carries the risk at each stage.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Where we ship
We ship to physical street addresses within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not deliver to PO boxes, Postnet-to-Postnet lockers unless agreed in writing, or addresses outside South Africa.
2. Delivery fees
A flat nationwide courier fee of R150 is added at checkout and is payable by the customer. Outlying, farm, mining, coastal-estate and security-restricted areas may attract an additional surcharge quoted to you before dispatch; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept the surcharge.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
3. Dispatch and delivery timelines
- Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Dispatch usually happens within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Main centres: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and outlying areas: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Courier networks, weather, load-shedding, strikes and other events outside our control may delay delivery, and such delays are not grounds for cancellation once the parcel is in transit.
4. Address accuracy is your responsibility
You must supply a complete, correct and attended delivery address and a reachable phone number. Where a parcel is delayed, returned to sender or lost because of an incorrect, incomplete or unattended address, re-delivery is charged at the normal courier rate and the original delivery fee is forfeited.
5. Risk and ownership
Ownership passes to you on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied, or to any person who accepts the parcel at that address (including receptionists, security guards, estate gatehouses, neighbours and household members). A courier proof-of-delivery signature or photo is accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Damaged or incorrect parcels
To keep your claim valid, please:
- inspect the parcel before signing where possible, and note visible damage on the waybill;
- report damage, shortages or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and the product;
- keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Claims reported after 48 hours, or without the packaging and photo evidence above, cannot be lodged with the courier and may be declined.
7. Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a courier investigation. Investigations take up to 14 business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend or refund at our election. We are not liable for parcels marked delivered to your supplied address.
8. Stock and pricing
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund in full. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price or through a pricing, discount-code or system error.
