Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and NomadView. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept them.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Who we are
NomadView sells portable triple-screen monitor extenders online to customers in South Africa. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
Product listings are an invitation to do business, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract only comes into existence when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order — including for stock shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, resale/bulk activity, or unserviceable delivery areas — and will refund you in full where payment was already taken.
3. Pricing, errors and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout and are payable by you.
- Prices, promotions and compare-at prices may change at any time; changes do not apply retrospectively to dispatched orders.
- Obvious pricing, typographical or system errors do not bind us. Where an order is affected we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.
- Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We never store your full card details.
4. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes (including HIGHROI) are limited, non-transferable, hold no cash value, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or expired at any time. Codes not applied at the time of checkout cannot be applied retrospectively. We may cancel orders where a code was obtained or used in a way it was not intended.
5. Product information and compatibility
Specifications, images and screen renderings are provided in good faith and for illustration; minor variations in colour, finish and packaging occur. It is your responsibility to confirm that your laptop or device supports the required video output before ordering. Published system requirements form the basis of any compatibility claim.
6. Warranty
The product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date, in addition to your CPA rights. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our election and excludes accidental damage, liquid ingress, power surges and load-shedding damage, unauthorised repair or disassembly, cosmetic wear, commercial rental use, and use contrary to the instructions. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, and except where the CPA imposes liability that cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, lost data, downtime, or damage to connected devices caused by unstable power, third-party cables, chargers or adaptors.
Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or gross negligence caused by us, or any liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use of this site
You may not scrape, resell, mirror or reverse-engineer this site, submit false order information, or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. All text, images, product photography, branding and page copy are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before lodging a chargeback — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. We reserve the right to defend chargebacks with proof of delivery and order records, and to recover reasonable costs where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted.
10. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier failure, load-shedding, strikes, import delays, natural disasters, civil unrest and network outages.
11. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Please raise disputes with us first in writing so we can resolve them directly. If that fails, you retain your rights under the CPA, including referral to the National Consumer Commission or an accredited ombud. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court having jurisdiction over the customer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order governs that order.
